Personal Info
I was born in Romania. I studied computers from an early age and graduated the Polytechnic University with a degree in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering. In 2005 I came to the U.S. for a Master's program; a year later I got the residency and settled in New York. Even today I'm still fascinated by this amazing city.
I spend most of my free time by hanging out with friends, reading books or playing videogames. I love gadgets and I try to tinker with as much technology as possible.

Professional Experience
I've been doing web development for over 6 years now, both front-end (XHTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end (mostly PHP + MySQL). I also worked with Flash and Flex (ActionScript 3.0). Spent the past year developing for mobile devices: first WAP sites, then Android applications and now iPhone apps.
I used Java (J2EE) for my college graduation project: a distributed electronic healthcare management system. In my spare time, for fun, I learned C# and used it to build some Windows applications. I also have a couple of networking certifications (CCNA, A+).
